The form on the contact page asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, a starting point from a short list, and a message. A hidden unused field is there to catch automated submissions.
We use those details only to reply about booking or to answer the question you asked. We do not sell the list. We do not publish enquiries. The form handler does not send the message by email from this web server and does not write the contents to a public file.
If we open a booking thread, we keep the contact details and session notes for as long as you train with us and for up to twelve months after the last session, so a later block can start from the last review. If we never book a session, we keep the enquiry for up to ninety days and then delete it. You can ask us to delete sooner.
The server keeps ordinary technical logs: time, requested page, browser type, and network address. Those logs are used to keep the site running and to look at abuse. They are rotated by the host on its normal schedule.
If you press Accept or Decline on the notice, your browser stores that choice in localStorage under the name tybs-cookie. That is so the bar does not return on every page. Details are on the cookie notice.
The map in the footer is an embed from Google. We do not control what that third party stores. The cookie notice explains that separately.
You can ask what details we hold, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by writing to [email protected] from the address you used on the form. We reply within one working week. We may need to confirm it is you before we change a record.
This page does not create extra rights beyond those that already apply in Singapore. It is here so you know what the website actually does.
